Hopes High for Promotion Attempt
The Great Britain Men’s team fly to Bratislava, Slovakia on Friday June 20th for the 2008 International Ice Hockey Federation’s Inline World Championships looking to achieve promotion to the World’s elite nations and the Division One Gold medal. GB will compete in the eight nation Division One, looking for promotion to the top eight nations in the world currently led by 2007 World Champions Sweden. [more]

The Great Britain Men’s team today announced their roster for the International Ice Hockey Federation’s Inline World Championships to be held in Bratislava, Slovakia June 20th-June 28th.
Great Britain will take sixteen players to Slovakia where the team for the third year running will be looking to achieve promotion to the world’s top eight nations. [more]

The IIHF Great Britain Inline Hockey Team are delighted to announce the appointment of Nick Crawley to the role of Head Coach of the Senior national team. Thirty-six year old Altrincham born Crawley brings a wealth of domestic and international experience to the position having played and coached at the highest levels of inline hockey and served as a professional ice hockey player for several seasons at the top levels of the British game. The Great Britain Inline Hockey Team has revealed their exciting new look logo and jerseys ready for the upcoming IIHF In-Line World Championships.
The new look logo and lion brand have been in the pipeline for several months as the team looks to establish their own individual identity and help promote the Great Britain IIHF national team as a motivating factor for the thousands of inline hockey players in the UK. [more]

The Great Britain Inline Hockey Team is delighted to announce a sponsorship agreement with the UK distributor of Revision Hockey equipment Good Sports Ltd.
Under the terms of the deal the Great Britain Team will wear Revision Wheels on their skates for the second consecutive year as they bid to defend their Division One title or achieve promotion in the upcoming International Ice Hockey Federation's (IIHF) In-Line Men's World Championships this May in Passau and Landschut , Germany. Eighteen year old rookie Mike Child was this week named as the final addition to the GB roster for the 2007 IIHF In-Line World Championships. The Great Britain Men’s team for the IIHF World Championships today announced their roster line-up for the 2007 tournament to be held in Passau, Germany May 26th-June 3rd.
Great Britain will take sixteen players to Germany where the team will be defending the Division One gold medal and attempting to earn promotion to the elite division. One more junior player will be named to the team later this week. [more]
